What happens when I limit sharing for an account I hold jointly with someone else? Your choices will apply to everyone on your account – unless you tell us otherwise.
Definitions  
Affiliates Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.
  • Our affiliates include others, such as Forward Investment Services and Forward Insurance.
Nonaffiliates Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.
  • Forward Bank does not share with nonaffiliates so they can market to you.
Joint marketing A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.
  • Our joint marketing partners include Financial companies such as Elan credit cards.

Mobile Banking Application Users: If you use our mobile banking application on your mobile device, we may collect and process information about your actual location. You can enable or disable access to this location information, at any time, through your device settings and permissions associated with our mobile banking app.
